Refund Policy
FC Boston Azzurri (d.b.a. NEFC Boston – Azzurri), East Coast Futsal, Middlesex Essex Futsal League, and New England Youth Sports Network Camps and Training, all administered by Soccer and Futsal Inc., maintain a strict no-refund policy.
This policy supports the financial stability of our programs and honors the commitments families make. We lock in facilities, tournament/league registrations, and staffing 6–12 months in advance, with program pricing based on projected enrollment at that time—similar to competitive club approaches
Exceptions & Alternatives
- While refunds are not available, we will actively work to place participants in alternative programs or future sessions, when capacity allows.
- In cases of season-ending injury we may consider a partial credit or transfer, on a case-by-case basis, provided timely documentation is submitted.
